We called JMAC, and before talking about a new unit, Matt wanted to look at what the issue was with our existing one first - he had it working again within 5 minutes. It needed a part and he took care of that and just recommended a new fan...he didn't even charge us for the initial part (capacitor). So while we thought we were going to be spending THOUSANDS, it ended up costing us only $250. Another great recommendation - thanks Rolly!!   8/23/12
