Thank you very much.  The heater works better than I ever remember.  Your technicians were polite, friendly and best of all, they knew how to “Trouble shoot” an A/C unit.  It strikes me that many A/C employees don’t.  I am more than pleased with the discount.  You are very kind.

Sunland Springs Village a/c

To Sunland Springs Village Management:
Is there an existing mechanism or procedure for someone who might like to add a comment or a recommendation to one of the entries on the SSV General Referral List?  I had an A/C heat pump replaced earlier this month and would like the contracting company to get the benefit of a positive recommendation.
To Bob:
That's what the list is for.  Please send me the vendors name phone number address, web site or what ever you have.  I will add them to our list.
To Sunland Springs Village Management:
The contractor I used is already on your list.  I would be interested in providing additional testimony on the list that this company does excellent work and has reasonable prices.
They installed a new 4 ton A/C heat pump, did some rework with the plenum and flexible ducts into two rooms and relocated the compressor unit in the back of the house.  I found them to be honest, hard working, and interested in making the customer happy.  They also installed a new contactor in the old compressor unit at no cost to me for five days until the new installation could begin.  My daily kwh usage with SRP has dropped significantly.  I'm very happy I chose them.

John and Matt,
I just wanted to say “thank you” for being so responsive to the problem at Cholla Canyon today. My daughter was diagnosed with Pneumonia yesterday and to go through the weekend without air would have been tough. Anyway, just wanted to let you know how appreciative I am of your prompt and courteous service. As always, Kody and Brandon did an excellent job and the unit seems to be back going strong.

Thanks for the recommendations! We called JMAC, and before talking about a new unit, Matt wanted to look at what the issue was with our existing one first - he had it working again within 5 minutes. It needed a part and he took care of that and just recommended a new fan...he didn't even charge us for the initial part (capacitor). So while we thought we were going to be spending THOUSANDS, it ended up costing us only $250. Another great recommendation - thanks Rolly!!   8/23/12

Kody came out & replaced fan motor while I had to be at family dinner & I got back right after he left!   Its working awesome & house is cooling as I write this.  You guys are my hero today!!!   I texted him my email (this addr) to send me invoice & I'll call in my credit card to you Monday?   Or call me if you want it before then.   YOU GUYS ROCK!!   Thank you for your prompt & professional work & pls thank Cody!   I appreciate it SOOOOO  much!  And we'll be able to sleep well tonight!

How many of us have needed an honest auto mechanic, plumber, A/C man, and then found out all too late that they were not honest, charged too much for the service rendered, and then had problems with the work performed shortly thereafter, but didn't dare return to the same person to have the problem fixed?  Well, I have, and I am sure everyone of us truly appreciate that breath of fresh air when you find someone that really is a craftsman in their profession, is honest in their dealings, and their prices are easy to bear particularly when you also have the quality skills and honesty all in one service man.  Rare to find, right?
JMAC is honest, has very fair pricing, and you'll know right away that they are expert in the technical knowledge of their field.  Where are you going to find all of these qualities nowadays?
You just did.  John at JMAC.  He is kind, courteous, goes out of his way to serve, he lives by higher principles and morals than most of the general populous and demonstrates this as he conducts his business.
You can see it for yourself.  He really doesn't need my endorsement.  But maybe you do to be able to extend trust to give him a try, you won't regret it.  This is for you, not JMAC.  I stake my personal reputation on this, and I don't share this unless I truly believe in it myself.
Now, if I can find an auto mechanic that I can say the same thing about, I'll be all set.
